ZEN HOUSE

This private complex for 8 families is a project that embodies a simple, cost-effective, and efficient concept. The design will utilize SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) technology, allowing for a quick and economical build process. The houses will be erected on a light metal stake foundation, ensuring minimal impact on the ground and the surrounding nature.

Each household has a 150 sqm area, comprising three distinct areas: the family section, the living area, and the technical room. The family section encompasses a well-appointed living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms, while the living area offers a versatile studio space with a separate bathroom. To foster connectivity and a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, each family will enjoy a generous 50 sqm terrace that serves as a link between the family and guest areas.

Within the complex, cars are absent from the core of the master plan, and instead, a dedicated garage and clubhouse provide communal spaces for families to convene and socialize. The design embraces symmetry, lending a balanced and integrated aesthetic to the buildings. Moreover, the river section of the landscape has been designed for public use, enhancing the overall experience and fostering a sense of community within the complex.
