Situated in the heart of the city center, this project caters to the vibrant community of young professionals in the university area. The site is teeming with lively traffic, reflecting the energetic part of urban life. Encircled by historic old apartments, the design seeks to preserve the timeless charm and character of the neighborhood by retaining the old street silhouette.

Embracing the existing urban fabric, the project seamlessly integrates and enhances the site’s functionality. By cutting and extracting the two apartment and office towers, the north street will be able to bask in the gentle touch of sunlight. This strategic approach not only enhances the quality of the urban environment but also contributes to circulation by inviting pedestrians from the busy street. 

The architectural design intends to balance the preservation of heritage with the addition of contemporary functions. It celebrates the dynamic spirit of the young professional community, providing them with modern living and working spaces while respecting the historical context. The result is a harmonious blend of old and new, enriching the urban landscape and contributing to the vibrant fabric of the city center.
